After attending the University of Pittsburgh and achieving a Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering and spending nearly 10 years in the banking industry as a systems administrator, corporate trainer, business analyst, and project manager, Chuck has spent the past 11 years with Orleans/Niagara BOCES in the Adult and Continuing Education Department. In his current role as Literacy Zone Coordinator, he works with all local service agencies, non-profits, school districts, treatment courts, training entities, and government agencies & departments to bring services to the students and clients that the Literacy Zones assist in overcoming barriers to education, employment, reduction of public assistance, and overall financial security and independence for their families.
